The real estate market hasn’t cooled down yet, with lower inventory and higher prices making things a little challenging for buyers. What’s behind this trend? Interest rates, changing priorities from the pandemic, and maybe even millennials and boomers.

Local Realtor Marti Pepper with Redoubt Keller Williams Realty is here to break down the numbers.
