Aug. 21 is the first day of the 2024-2025 school year for most Kenai Peninsula Borough School District students. During the hour, we debrief about where education issues landed after the most recent legislative session, check in on implementation of the Alaska Reads Act and flesh out the district’s goals for the upcoming school year.
