KDLL COVID-safe events protocol

The following requirements were developed by the KDLL Board of Directors for attendees of KDLL in-person music events:

Please stay home if you don’t feel well, have exhibited symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 10 days, have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 10 days, or been in close contact with someone with COVID-19 in the past 10 days.
Performance attendees must provide either proof of vaccination against COVID-19 completed at least two weeks prior to the event, or proof of a negative test result within 72 hours of the show. Proof of vaccination must be in the form of a vaccine card or a photo of a vaccine card and a matching photo ID.
In addition, masks are currently required for all guests, regardless of vaccination status or test result. Masks must be worn at all times while in the building and during the performance, except when eating or drinking in designated areas. All masks must completely cover the nose and mouth and comply with the CDC guidelines for acceptable face coverings. If you do not have a mask, a KDLL representative will have masks available at the door.
While we are taking measures to enhance the safety of our visitors, performers and staff, an inherent risk of exposure to and infection with COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present, and attending this performance may still pose a risk to your safety. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure of COVID-19.
We are allowing refunds on all tickets to accommodate those who are not willing or able to meet these requirements. Also, if you have recently tested positive for COVID-19, are waiting for COVID-19 test results, have COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home and request a refund. To receive a refund for your tickets, contact the KDLL General Manager at jneyman@kdll.org.

Jenny Neyman has been the general manager of KDLL since 2017. Before that she was a reporter and the Morning Edition host at KDLL.
