An Anchorage man was arrested in downtown Kenai last Wednesday night for, in addition to a probation violation, dancing.
William E. Kiefer, an Anchorage 26-year-old, was seen dancing in the street at the intersection of the Kenai Spur Highway and Bridge Access Road. According to a Kenai Police Department dispatch, Kiefer ran when officers attempted to contact him.
After eventually locating Kiefer the police booked him into Wildwood Pretrial Facility on the probation violation, and disorderly conduct.
