Names released in apparent double homicide

The Kenai Police Department has released the names of the two victims in an apparent double homicide early Sunday morning. They were mother and daughter Rachelle M. Armstrong, age 60, and Lisa M. Rutzebeck, age 39, both of Kenai.
Next of kin have been notified. The women’s bodies have been transferred to the State Medical Examiner’s Office for autopsy.
The suspect in the shooting is still at large. He's described as a heavy-set black male wearing a gray hoodie and an orange cap. Police consider him armed and dangerous.
The two women were killed at a residence on California Ave., near Wildwood Prison.
