Queen offered Soldotna manager job

City of Soldotna

The city of Soldotna has made a job offer for a new city manager. Stephanie Queen, who had been the interim city manager since October was selected unanimously in a special session Thursday.

Previously, Queen had been the city’s director of planning and economic development. Previous city manager Mark Dixon resigned unexpectedly last fall. The city of Kenai’s finance director, Terry Eubanks, was also a finalist for the position. Calls to Queen and Mayor Nels Anderson were not immediately returned Friday.
