Ted Spraker of Soldotna has served on the state Board of Game for nearly two decades. He’ll be handing over the reigns when his term as chairman ends next year. We talk with Spraker about the most recent round of game board meetings, what they meant for hunting here on the Kenai and the advice he has for his eventual successor on the board.
