Nebraska Cultural Endowment faces funding threat

The federal government’s constriction of taxpayer dollars to the National Endowment for the Humanities and the National Education Association has been catastrophic for cultural groups around the country. But in Nebraska, an unusual fund has helped cultural groups weather the fickle federal funding landscape — until now.
