Peninsula Points on Prevention Coalition, part of the LeeShore Center, will hold our annual scavenger hunt for Family Day at the Wednesday Market. This is part of the of 100% Communities featured that day. We will have a booth labeled Youth Mentorship, along with 9 other booths from various nonprofit agencies. Our booth will hold the annual scavenger hunt, during which participants will have clues to various vendors, collect an item from the vendor, and report to the Points on Prevention booth to receive gift cards and other prizes. As part of LeeShore Center, we will also offer the community information about our services, risk, and protective factors and healthy family management. There will also be other free kid activities from different agencies, such as bubble machines, making slime and face painting.
