Across Alaska—from IBEW electricians in Fairbanks to NEA-Alaska educators in Anchorage and on the Kenai Peninsula, from oil workers on the North Slope to health aides in tribal clinics, from longshore crews in Dutch Harbor to grocery clerks in Bethel—working people, union and non-union alike, are rising up! We must protect union & non-union workers, citizens, and our Democracy!
Join us at 5 p.m. at Soldotna Creek Park. We will be accepting donations of canned goods or staples for the local food bank. There will be speakers, too! At 5:30 p.m., we will walk to the Y for the protest until 7 p.m. Please dress for the weather, bring signs, and your friends!
