May 3, 10:30 a.m. Cool Kid Craft — cat puppet. The monthly Cool Kid Craft is designed for toddlers and preschoolers ages 2-5 years. Your child completes an easy craft that helps them practice fine motor skills such as coloring, pasting, using scissors, and more! Drop in any time within the hour.

Mondays 10 a.m. to noon. Cozy Crafters. Drop in to work on your unfinished projects or snag a take and make craft bag and enjoy a quiet space while working with other crafters! Basic crafting supplies will be available.

Tuesdays 10:30-11 a.m. Toddler Story Hour. We're excited to get up and get moving at the library with stories, songs, and silly fun that encourages your toddler's language skills. Registration is available for a reminder but it is not required.

Tuesdays, 4-5 p.m. Lego Club. Tell your stories and build your world with LEGO® bricks every Tuesday! Bring a friend and let your imagination go wild. Adult supervision needed for those under the age of 10.

Wednesdays, 10:30-11 a.m. Bouncing Babies Story Time. Sing, play, and read every Wednesday at Bouncing Babies story time! This story time is designed for 18 months and younger and families are welcome.

Wednesdays, 4-5 p.m. Teen Lounge. Teen Lounge is a weekly hang-out program for teens ages 13-17. Join us for video games, board games, NERF® battles, study sessions, crafts, and other fun activities!

Thursdays, 10:30-11 a.m. Preschool Story Time. We are excited to share stories, sing songs, and explore other learning fun together.

May 9, 4-5 p.m. STEM — Fire. Come learn how to prevent forest fires and learn about the different tools that the firefighters use to battle fires. Also, Smokey the Bear will join us to tell his story about being a cub in a forest fire!

May 9, 6-7 p.m. Boba and board games. Grab a friend, sip some fresh-made boba and play board games! Seats are limited so be sure to register. This program is for Adults ages 18+.

May 10, 4-7 p.m. Tween scene. Tweens ages 10-14 years are invited to enjoy video games, crafts, Lego Bricks, popcorn, and more. Registration required.

May 23, 6-7 p.m. Banned Book Club. Join us to discuss the book I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings by Maya Angelou, its censorship, and the value of our intellectual freedom.

May 30, 2-6 p.m. Used Book and Art Sale in the library basement bookstore. Gently used books and art are available at bargain prices. Paperback books are 25 cents each or 5 for $1. Hardcover books are only $1. We have a beautiful assortment of baskets for $1 each. Buy one of our heavy canvas book bags for $20 and fill it with books for free. Refill it at every book sale for $5. This is an incredible bargain - these bags hold a lot of books. June 1, 3-4 p.m. Rock painting. Help the library create "Jake the Snake" for our garden. Bring a rock and your imagination, and the library will provide the rest. All ages are welcome to participate.
