The Gauntlet is a courseless, self-navigated mountain bike race at Tsalteshi Trails. There are checkpoints in the form of old paperbacks spread throughout the trails. The locations and amount of checkpoints will be revealed at the beginning of the race. The Gauntlet will test your endurance, your wits and your ability to navigate on the trails. Riders are encouraged to ride in groups, ride socially or ride alone.

Preregister online and save. $25 for TTA members and $35 for nonmembers. Day-of registration is also available, $35 for members and $45 for nonmembers. Day-of race check-in begins at 10:00 a.m., there is a mandatory racer's meeting at 10:45 a.m. and the race begins at 11:00 am sharp. More information and preregistration at www.tsalteshi.org/events.
