Winter Watercolor Workshop

What: Winter Watercolor Workshop
Who: Appropriate for all ages - easy enough for supervised toddlers and fun enough for unsupervised adults :)
Cost: FREE (donations are appreciated and go to support Inletkeeper’s nonprofit mission to protect the Cook Inlet watershed and the life it sustains).
Join us for a time of creativity and connection. Whether you’re a beginner or have experience, this family friendly workshop will guide you through a fun and easy watercolor activity using salt and resists to create a winter landscape greeting card inspired by the majesty of our watershed.
What to Expect:
-Step-by-step instruction from local artist Kaitlin Vadla
-All materials provided
-A cozy atmosphere at the Community Action Studio, with warm snacks and drinks, as well as areas to play, color, relax, or watch a holiday film for those not interested in watercoloring
-A chance to connect with fellow community members, art enthusiasts, and Inletkeeper staff about programming and more opportunities to engage with local clean water issues.
