KDLL Internship

Join KDLL Public Radio this summer to learn the foundations of local radio journalism in a fun, collaborative environment. Interns will gain and strengthen skills in news writing, interviewing, audio editing and radio narration. They will have the opportunity to produce several radio stories over the course of the summer, which will air on KDLL 91.9 FM and be posted on our website. Interns may cover events, meetings, politics, education, environmental issues, fishing or other topics, depending on their interests.
This internship will run from June 5-Aug. 11, with the option for flexible dates and hours. It will involve a roughly 4-hour commitment per week. Interns may be paid a stipend for their work. High school juniors, seniors and college students who live on the central Kenai Peninsula are eligible.
