The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is accepting comments on a new study of the environmental impacts of a proposed communications tower in the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge. Heat pumps are a viable way to heat homes on the southern Kenai Peninsula. Plus, the Alaska SeaLife Center rescues an otter pup found in an apartment building.
