U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet Friday in Alaska. The city of Kenai will spend $160,000 studying and inventorying its streets and street lights. Plus, the Anti-Defamation League says white supremacist activity is on the rise in Alaska.
