A legal group founded by an advisor to President Donald Trump sues Alaska's judge-nominating group after it says the group it took too long to fulfill a records request. Alaska's criminal appeals court throws out an indictment of a Whittier woman accused of felony voter misconduct. Plus, Alaska's chief investigator for the National Transportation Safety Board retires.
