As slowdowns, shutdowns and layoffs continue from the COVID-19 virus, the Kenai Peninsula Economic Development District is trying to quantify how much of an impact businesses on the Kenai Peninsula are feeling. KPEDD launched an online survey Friday to gather information from businesses and nonprofits across the borough — all sizes of businesses in all sectors. The survey is open until midnight Friday. It's confidential and will likely be followed with additional surveys as business shutdowns and shelter-in-place warnings remain in effect. KPEDD Executive Director Tim Dillon spoke about what they hope to accomplish.
