Md. Health Care Co. Maxim Settles DOJ Fraud Probe
Maxim Health Care Services has agreed to pay $150 million to resolve fraud allegations by the Justice Department and the attorneys general of 42 states. The home health care company admitted to overcharging Medicaid for six years.
