Lego® Club
Mondays from 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Join us every Monday in the Front Conference Room to build awesome Lego® sculptures! Each week a new theme and challenge will help spark your imagination. We will also have a dollhouse open and available each week in the same room! Bring your own doll or play with ours.
Wee Read
Tuesdays from 10:30am - 11:00am
Intended for young children ages birth to three years and their parents or caregivers, this program focuses on early language and social skills through fun stories, songs, and play time.
Tech Time
Tuesdays from 11:00am – 1:00pm
Tech time is available at the Kenai Community Library for anyone with basic technology questions.
We can help you with:
• Basic computer skills
• Accessing library resources
• How to access eBooks and Audiobooks
• Using devices such as eReaders, tablets, and smartphones
• Digital photos
• Social media
• Email
*We do not take apart or repair devices, assist with financial transactions, or handle malware/viruses. While we will do our best to assist you with your technology needs, these are offered to allow you to expand your skills, not as a replacement for commercial tech support.

Every other week, solve a riddle to uncover a secret spot in Kenai. Find the hidden code word and tell a librarian to join the prize drawing!
Geocaching on the Kenai: "How to" and Container Making Class

Have you heard of geocaching? Still not sure what it is? Join us at the library to get the basics and decorate your own geocaching container to get started!

STEAM Studio

Join us every month to work on cool STEAM projects using a variety of tools. STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics. This month we will be designing catapults to see how far, high, and accurately we can launch a marshmallow peep. Designed for a variety of experience levels ages 8 to 14.

Summer Solstice Storytime

Celebrate the start to the longest day of the year at the library! We'll be reading summertime books, doing lots of movement and stretches, and enjoying the sunlight while it's here! Following the Storytime, we will have a special craft time. Designed for ages 5 and under.
"Grow with Me" with Steve Latz
Friday, June 20 from 1:00pm - 2:00pm
How does your garden grow? Please join us on Friday, June 20th, July 18th, and August 15th at 1:00pm to learn more about our progress in growing flowers and vegetables from seed for our garden. I will bring in my produce for a taste test to see what varieties are preferred. I will also share my favorite recipes for preserving cucumbers, zucchini, onions, tomatoes, kohlrabi, and cabbage. Please come and share how your garden is doing and bring your favorite recipes too!
Nintendo Switch Club
Friday, June 20 from 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Bring your own device or play on ours! This is a chance to meet other gamers, share skills and info, compete, and enjoy everything Nintendo together. Open to anyone aged 8-18.
