This program will be hosted simultaneously at the Kenai Community Library and the Soldotna Public Library. Registration is required.

Friends of the Library Book and Art Sale
Thursday, June 30th from 2-6 pm
Used Book and Art Sale in the basement bookstore. Gently used books and art are available at bargain prices. Paperback books are 25 cents each or 5 for $1. Hardcover books are only $1. There are DVD's, CD's, puzzles, and art work. All proceeds go to support the many programs our library offers.

Octopi and squids take center stage as we discover the fascinating world of cephalopods. Follow the adventures of Eugene and Beatrice as they encounter a GIANT squid. A craft project will follow this presentation.

The Kenai Community Library will be offering a free lunch for all children 18 and under. This wonderful opportunity begins June 6th and ends August 5th. All meals must be eaten on site and are designated for children only. This program is provided by the Food Bank of Alaska. This institution and its partner are equal opportunity providers.

Alaska Food Hub is an online Farmers Market serving Homer, Seldovia, Anchor Point, Ninilchik, and Soldotna. Register to become a customer and browse goods from local producers. Ordering is open from Fridays at Noon to Mondays at 10 PM. Soldotna customers pick-up their orders at the Cook Inletkeeper's Community Action Studio on Wednesdays from 4 - 6:30 pm! Oceans of Possibilities: Documentaries @YourLibrary

From the story of a wandering whale, to a tour of some of the most extreme environments on the planet, there is something here for everyone!
