A Kenai superior court judge declines to dismiss the state's case against a former Alaska State Trooper charged with felony assault over alleged conduct during the arrest of the wrong man in Kenai. The Alaska Department of Law wants to throw out a class action lawsuit over SNAP backlogs. Plus, the Seward Theatre Collective prepares for a new show.
