The Kenai National Wildlife Refuge accounts for nearly 2 million acres of land. And much of that land is intertwined with the Kenai Peninsula's history.

This week, we're chatting with local historian Clark Fair and former park ranger/historian Gary Titus about their newly published book “A Vanishing Past.” The book explores the refuge's historic structures and cabins, and the people who used them.
