According to the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program, Alaska has one of the highest rates of child abuse and neglect in the country.

This week, we're joined by CASA Alaska State Director Joy Rigby to talk about the program's newly reformed Kenai Peninsula service area. The program is seeking local volunteers.
