Transform your child’s summer into a hands-on learning adventure at this 3-day STEAM camp. STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics. Students will be able to program, create, and bring coding to life with no prior experience needed. Designed for ages 8 - 14. Early registration is encouraged.

The Library will be closed Friday, July 3rd and Saturday, July 4th in observation of Independence Day. We will reopen on Monday, July 6th at 9:00am.

Join us for a craft every month at the Soldotna Library! Toddlers ages 2-5 years are invited to practice fine motor skills while creating their own masterpiece.
This is a drop-in style program. Help us plan for supplies by registering online or by calling 907-262-4227.

Stop by our community room to make a craft and/or play a board game! Supplies and instructions provided for the crafts, just bring your imagination! Board games are also provided.

Need help with your device or digital questions? The Tech Tutor is available for anyone seeking one-on-one assistance with basic technology skills.

We can assist with:

Basic computer and smartphone use
Using eReaders and tablets
Accessing library resources
Downloading eBooks and audiobooks
Managing digital photos
Social media and email basics

We cannot assist with:

Device setup or software installation
Completing applications or forms
Device repair or disassembly
Financial transactions
Malware or virus issues
