Bring in your gently used Halloween costumes and swap them out for something new to you!

Get ready for the Annual Pumpkin Festival and decorate pumpkins for the contest! This is a no-carve decorating time filled with plenty of spooky supplies. The first 20 kids get a free pumpkin, or you can bring your own.

Classical guitarist Tommy Emmanuel will perform his Living In the Light Tour at Kenai Central High School at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 9. Tickets are available in advance here.

The Resilient Alaska Youth Program is currently looking for new community partners and Youth Activity Coordinators across Alaska. If your community would like to offer safe, supportive afterschool and summer activities for youth ages 5 to 18, the RAY Program can help bring those opportunities to your area. RAY partners with schools, Tribal organizations, community centers, and other local organizations to provide youth programs that promote leadership, cultural engagement, recreation, academic enrichment, and healthy connections. We're also recruiting Youth Activity Coordinators. These local leaders serve as positive role models and help organize and lead activities that reflect the strengths and interests of their communities. Stop by our community room to make a craft and/or play a board game! Supplies and instructions provided for the crafts, just bring your imagination! Board games are also provided.
