For this week's Kenai Conversation, we spoke with Shaylon Cochran and Steve “Vinnie” Catalano from the Cook Inlet Regional Citizens Advisory Council (CIRCAC) about preventing oil spills and protecting Cook Inlet through winter conditions. We talked about how a network of cameras help barge operators avoid dangerous collisions with ice.
