Join us for a FREE not-too-scary haunted house, open to all ages. Watch your favorite characters come to life with interactive exhibits, eerie sights and sounds, and so much more! Play "Eye Spy" and be entered to win spooktacular prizes! Children under 10 must have adult supervision.
This Story Time for preschoolers, ages 3 to 5, includes stories, songs, activities, and rhymes specially designed to support reading readiness and foster social skills.
Join us after Wee Read or Preschool Storytime for playtime! The toy bin will be available, along with coloring sheets, sensory bins, and more to promote social emotional learning skills.
Learn about acrylic painting in this 4-week, beginner-friendly series! Local artist Mary Miller will guide participants through different techniques and designs to help build skills and confidence with painting. Friends, family, and program partners are invited to view your works of art at the Art Gallery on November 5th.

Designed with our newest readers in mind! Join us for word exercises and a chapter book read-aloud. We will be reading selections of the “Magic Tree House” series by Mary Pope Osborne. Intended for ages 5-10.
Used Book and Art Sale in the library basement bookstore. Gently used books and art are available at bargain prices. Paperbacks are only 25 cents each, or 5 for $1. Hardcover books are only $1. There are DVD's, CD's, puzzles, greeting cards, and more. All proceeds support the many programs offered at our library.
Self Serve Book Shopping: The BOOK SALE SHELF in the library foyer is always well stocked with a wonderful selection of books. Shop anytime the library is open. Place your money in the donation box on the side of the book shelf.
We are accepting book and art donations. We are in need of plastic bags to use at our book sales. If you have bags or a small amount to donate, you can drop off your items at the circulation desk. If you have boxes of items to donate, please contact Vicki Johnston-Freese at (907) 262-6221 or email her at kenailibrarian48@gmail.com. She will be happy to meet you at the library back door with a cart to help unload your donations.
