The Kenai Peninsula Borough has a new mayor.
Soldotna’s Peter Micciche won last week’s special election for borough mayor outright, with more than 51 percent of all votes cast. Micciche joined us on the program the day after results were certified to talk about his new role and the issues he hopes to tackle when he starts on the job next week.
